INTEGRALE system includes internal-external flush subsystems which always maintain the reversibility of the section ( as a consequence , the number of section is very limited and therefore can be very easily managed at the warehouse ) .Central air - water seal . | ||
The
series includes a continuous pressure - fit coupling system
with an EPDM gasket inserted to offer high resistance against
vertical slipping between the two sections.This solution
also makes it possible to insulate the different materials
that come in contact with each other , allowing them to
undergo different expansion reactions . This avoids the
typical "warping" of the door and widow due to
the temperature difference between external and internal
parts . A solution is also offered for the problem regarding
the natural deformation of wood due to the different percentages
of humidity in the environment . The glazing bead system
uses pressure - mounted nylon clips and requires no screws
or drilling . Thus glass can be mounted and replaced very
easily . Types available: fixed ; hinged ( French windows
) with one or more leafs and internal-external opening;
transom hopper, pivoting awing,; parallel sliding with recessed
guides; curved and English-style doors and windows; entrance
doors; display windows, and so on . |

| THE SUBSYSTEMS Now let's take a closer look at the many different combinations offered by the system : • INTEGRALE ALU: 62 mm flush central seal suitable to easily create thermal break doors and windows with a good insulation level . Simplifies the construction of two - color doors and windows , which particularly requested in restructuring projects to comply with urbanistic or condominium restrictions . • INTEGRALE BRONZE: structurally similar to previous version except that the external section of the thermal break coupling is built with a special copper alloy , which is commercially defined as "architectural bronze" No special features are required to cut the form except a slower blade feed rate . • Samco LTD . INTEGRALE ALU-WOOD : 71 mm flush central seal particularly suitable in the residential sector since it combines the advantages of aluminium with styling and warmth of wood . • Samco LTD. INTEGRALE ALU - WOOD : 78 mm flush central seal . • Samco LTD. INTEGRALE BRONZE - WOOD : 78 mm flush central seal. • Samco LTD. INTEGRALE ALU - ALU: 69 mm flush central seal . • Samco LTD.
