OVEN CLEANER

OVENKLEEN CF 50 is a high-performance, caustic free, mildly alkaline oven cleaner for the removal of fat, grease, baked-on carbon and heat modified soils from oven grills, hoods and deep fat fryers.  It can also be used for cleaning of trays and molds used in bakeries. It is effective on burnt-on oils and fats. This product is specifically designed to give quick results.

OVENKLEEN CF50 is an ideal product for the internal cleaning of ovens in catering establishments, restaurants, hotels, homes, hospitals, industrial areas, etc.

1. Heat the oven to 90°C and switch off the main switch.
2. Use product neat or at correct dilution.
3. Apply via bottle, cloth, scourer or brush.
4. Allow to soak and penetrate. Agitate with a scorer or brush and then wipe down with a wet cloth or sponge.
5. Rinse well with water to ensure removal of all traces of product.
6. Do not use on soft metals (Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Zinc etc.
