Sand Blasting Steel Grit

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Steel grit is crushed from high carbon steel shot, available for three kinds of hardness. with angular shape, it removal of surface contaminants and coatings quickly and effectivly.

Available Hardness:

GP: HRC46-50Newly made products with angular, the grit are gradually rounded off in use and its particularly suited for oxide skin pre-treatment.GL: HRC56-60Harder than GP steel grit, also loses its sharp edges during shot basting and is particularly suited to surface preparation applications. GH: HRC63-65High hardness, sharp edges remain during operation, mainly used for compressed air shot blasting equipment.

Application

Blast cleaning: Used for blast cleaning of casting, die-casting, forging; sand removal of casting, steel plate, H type steel, steel structure.

Rust removal: Rust removal of casting, forging, steel plate, H type steel, steel structure.

Sand blasting: Sand blasting of profile steel, ship board, steel board, steel material, steel structure.

Pre-treatment: Pre-treatment of surface, steel board, profile steel, steel structure, before painting or coating.
