The RHINO-D 2x300 K4 is a new-generation diesel engine-driven welding set is designed to deliver superior performance in heavy-duty industrial and site applications. Built with energy-efficient chopper-based technology, it enables both Single Operator and Dual Operator functionality, making it ideal for simultaneous welding jobs or high-output single welding tasks. In Dual Operator mode, each welder can access up to 300 amps of welding current. For more demanding tasks, outputs can be paralleled in Single Operator mode to deliver up to 600 amps.This welding generator offers constant current (CC) output, which ensures stable arc performance regardless of changes in cable length or engine speed. It is well-suited for Manual Metal Arc (MMA) and TIG welding, even in challenging environments. Additionally, the system is specially optimized for use with cellulosic electrodes (6010, 7010G, 8010G), making it ideal for applications such as cross-country pipeline welding and heavy structural fabrication.A standout feature of the RHINO-D 2x300 K4 is its built-in auxiliary power source, providing a total of 22 KVA (3-phase) and 6 KVA (1-phase) through four protected sockets. The engine is supported by a dry-type air cleaner, fuel filter, electric start, and safety mechanisms such as high temperature and low oil pressure shutdown. Fuel efficiency is a key advantage, with a consumption rate of approximately 5.5 liters per hour and a large 70-liter fuel tank, ensuring long operational hours without interruption.Control and safety are enhanced through a well-designed control panel, featuring digital ammeters and voltmeters, current and arc force adjustment potentiometers, MMA/TIG selector switches, trip indicators, and remote control sockets. The auxiliary panel provides clearly labeled sockets protected by individual MCBs for safe and reliable power distribution.The RHINO-D 2x300 K4 is available in multiple configurations — skid-mounted, two-wheel mounted, and four-wheel mounted — to suit different mobility and installation needs.
